Best place and trainer I have ever worked with. You get individual attention in a fun, group workout. I became stronger both physically and mentally, more than I’ve ever been! Not only worked with me as an individual but also worked with Starr’s Mill High School State Champion Cross Country Team!
If you need motivation and accountability combined with safety and movement modifications when necessary, GTS should be your go-to place to work out! Small group classes make it personal, and the trainers are great! They have classes for adults AND teen athletes. Highly recommend!!
