EXPERIENCE:
I am new to the fitness industry as a personal trainer and instructor. This came about as a result of being in the same place you are now. I began with a self-transformation in which I lost over 110 pounds at the age of 45. This gave me incredible confidence and inspiration to live a second life full of Dreams and Visions that I never knew were possible. I knew if I could do this incredible transformation that I could teach it to others facing similar circumstances. During my transformation, I took each battle one step at a time. I overcame obstacles and road bumps. I continued on and on until I reached each and every goal. The hardest part is starting your journey when it seems impossible at the beginning. I am inspired to help walk you through your steps on your journey and hold you accountable to living your Dreams.

Lost 110 pounds at the age of 45
Competed in a Sprint Triathlon
Competed in a Half Marathon
Competed in a Half Ironman
Currently training for Advanced Kettlebell Certifications

FITNESS PHILOSOPHY:
You can Achieve anything you set your mind too as long as you approach it one step at a time. Every step adds up to great accomplishments. Never give up and live your dreams!

TYPICAL TRAINING WEEK FOR ME:
A typical week of training for me consists of 3 to 4 days of strength training with kettlebells and 2 to 3 days of mixed cardio workouts.

FAVORITE MOVIE:
My favorite movie is “The Outlaw Josey Wales” with Clint Eastwood
