Personal Training in a Small Group Environment

Get the attention and individual coaching of a personal trainer with the camaraderie of a small group of like minded people.  We welcome all levels of fitness at our studio and you will feel at home, and not like just another face in the group class crowd.  Whether you are new to exercise or experienced and looking for the next level of training, you will get the personalized attention you require regardless of your abilities. You will be challenged and encouraged along every step of the way.

Mon – Wed – Friday Session Times

  • 5:00am – 5:45am
  • 5:45am – 6:30am
  • 7:00am – 7:45am
  • 7:45am – 8:30am
  • 9:00am – 9:45am
  • 9:45am – 10:30am

Tues-Thurs Session Times

  • 8:30am – 9:15am
  • 5:30pm – 6:15pm
