Led by our own Jodi Fritz, come experience yoga and learn the basics through practical yoga techniques to apply to your fitness routines. Held right in our studio, you will be able to relax and unwind, gaining core strength, postural health and flexibility through yoga basic workouts designed to help you progress from beginner and up. This class is open to our VIP clients as a complimentary class to your membership, all others can purchase a punch card or pay a drop in fee. Class is limited to 12 people. Please bring a yoga mat and some water with you. Mats are also available for your use at the studio.
Class is held every Thursday at 9:30am and Sunday at 3:00pm.
